Cookie Butter Milkshake

This Cookie Butter Milkshake is a perfect afternoon or evening dessert made with just 5 simple ingredients, a blender, and in five minutes time!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 5 biscoff cookies divided
  • Whipped Cream

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a blender add the vanilla ice cream, Biscoff spread and whole milk. Blend for 45 seconds. Scrape down the sides if need be.
  2. Then add 3 Biscoff cookies and pulse for 5-15 seconds until cookies are broken and mixed into the milkshake.
  3. Divide evenly among 4 glasses. Top with whipped cream and half a Biscoff cookie.

Notes

  • Cut the recipe in half if you only want to make two milkshakes.
  • Prep all ingredients prior to making the recipe to ensure the recipe moves quickly.
  • Add more milk for a thinner milkshake. Less milk for a thicker milkshake.
