Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup All-Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate drops

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add the oats to the food processor and blend until it forms a coarse crumb.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor. Blend it all together until it's smooth.
  3. Break off chunks of the dough and roll it into balls, squeezing as you go. Repeat until you have finished all the dough.
