Ingredients

For the smoothie
  • 1 banana frozen
  • ½ cup Vanilla vegan protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons coconut milk from a can
  • 4 Ice cubes
  • 4 tablespoons water as needed
For the cookie dough balls
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. If using, mix together the cookie dough ball ingredients until combined. Portion into 6 small balls with a trigger ice cream scoop. Pop into the fridge.
  2. Combine the ingredients in a high powdered blender.
  3. Blend until smoothie.
  4. Portion into a bowl.
  5. Top with the cookie dough balls and other deliciousness.

Notes

  • Roll the balls of cookie dough first and pop them in the fridge or freezer while you make the smoothie.
  • Frozen bananas is one of the hacks to thick smoothies. If you’re using fresh bananas the texture won’t be the same.
  • Only as water as needed and add it in only one tablespoon at a time. This way you keep the thick texture of the smoothie bowl. Use a tamper as needed.
  • You can scale the calories back by eliminating the cookie dough balls.
