Cookie S’mores

A simple and flavorful recipe that's sure to be a favorite.

Ingredients

  • 16 freshly baked chocolate chip cookies
  • 16 large marshmallows
  • 8 chocolate bars broken into quarters

Instructions

  1. Build a fire and let the coals begin to turn gray and ashy. Place a marshmallow on a stick and roast over the glowing embers, turning frequently. When golden, place a quarter of the chocolate bar on a cookie, top with the marshmallow and sandwich between another chocolate chip cookie and munch.
