Cookies and Cream No Churn Ice Cream is a creamy frozen dessert made by whipping heavy cream into stiff peaks before folding in sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and crushed Oreo cookies. Ingredients
- 16 oz heavy cream
- 15 oz sweetened condensed milk can
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup Oreo cookies crushed
Instructions
- Pour heavy cream into a large bowl, or bowl of a stand mixer (using wire whip attachment), and whip on high for about 3 minutes, until stiff peaks form.
- Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Whip on high for an additional minute.
- Add crushed cookies and whip on low for 10-20 seconds.
- Add mixture to a loaf pan, or freezer safe bowl.
- Cover, and chill for 8 hours, or overnight.
