Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • ½ cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1 cup cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ½ cup caesar dressing
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, bacon, mozzarella, Caesar dressing, Parmesan, garlic powder, and pepper.
  3. Roll out pizza dough into rectangles. Place filling in the center of each, then fold and seal the edges tightly.
  4. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
