Copycat McDonald's Buffalo Sauce

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Frank's Red-Hot™sauce
  • 1 tablespoon I Can't Believe It's Not Butter liquid margarine remove spray nozzle and pour to measure
  • 1 teaspoon dry pectin
  • ¼ teaspoon unflavored gelatin
  • ¼ teaspoon corn starch
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Gather up all your ingredients to make the sauce.
  2. Whisk all of the ingredients for the buffalo sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat. Continue stirring until all of the lumps are smooth while bringing to a boil.
  3. Once the mixture has started bubbling, remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Store in a small, lidded container in the refrigerator.
  4. Serve it up on the side of your favorite foods...
