Ingredients

  • 10 ounce can original Rotel drained
  • 2 cans corn and diced peppers 15 ounces each, drained
  • 3 green onions chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups Mexican cheese shredded
  • tortilla chips

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a bowl mix all ingredients together and chill.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips.

  • This dip will typically stay fresh for about 3-4 days when stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. After that, the dip may begin to lose its texture and flavor.
