- 2 cans corn about 15 ounces, drained and rinsed
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes halved
- ⅓ cup scallions chopped
- ½ cup feta cheese crumbled
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
Instructions
- Toss all of the ingredients together.
- Let marinade for 5 minutes.
