Ingredients

  • 2 cans corn about 15 ounces, drained and rinsed
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes halved
  • ⅓ cup scallions chopped
  • ½ cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions

  1. Toss all of the ingredients together.
  2. Let marinade for 5 minutes.
