Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 15 ounces canned whole kernel corn , drained
  • 15 ounces canned creamed corn , not drained
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons butter , melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Grease an 8x10 inch baking pan with melted butter.
  3. To a large mixing bowl add the muffin mix, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
  4. Whisk well together.
  5. Add in whole corn, cream style corn, egg, and melted butter.
  6. Whisk well until completely blended.
  7. Add to the baking pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
  8. The top should be puffy and slightly browned.
