Ingredients

  • 4 lices Jewish rye bread (preferably, seeded)
  • 1/4 cup Russian dressing
  • 1/2 pound corned beef , thinly sliced
  • 1 cup coleslaw
  • pickles and potato chips , for serving

Instructions

  1. Spread Russian dressing onto two slices of rye bread. Layer with corned beef and coleslaw, topping with the remaining slices of bread.
  2. Serve with pickles and potato chips.
