Cottage Cheese Breakfast (With Grapefruit)

This quick and healthy Cottage Cheese breakfast (with grapefruit), prepared with just four ingredients, is a healthy way to start the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 bananas
  • 1 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 cups grapefruit (see notes)
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Peel and mash the banana in a bowl with a fork.
  2. Mix the cottage cheese and mashed banana.
  3. Distribute the cottage cheese mixture into 4 bowls
  4. Top with the grapefruit, sliced bananas (optional) and chopped walnuts

Notes

  • Grapefruit - I use store-bought grapefruit segments to save time. However, check the label and choose one that is not in artificially sweetened syrup.
