Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 2 hard-boiled egg yolks
  • 2 teaspoons dijon or yellow mustard
  • 1 ½ teaspoons distilled white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chives chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt

  1. Add 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 hard-boiled egg, 2 hard-boiled egg yolks, 2 teaspoons dijon or yellow mustard, 1 ½ teaspoons distilled white vinegar, 1 teaspoons chopped fresh dill, 1 teaspoon fresh chives, ¼ teaspoon paprika, ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper, and ½ teaspoon salt to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust as needed.
  3. Serve with crackers, vegetables, or bread for dipping.
