Cottage Cheese Ranch Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
  • 1 teaspoon chives for garnish

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place the cottage cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, dill, salt and cayenne pepper in a food processor or a blend.  Blend until smooth.
  2. Chill until ready to serve.  When serving, garnish with the chives and serve with your favorite vegetables or chips.  Enjoy!

Notes

  • Store the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
