Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk 236 mL
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries 200 g
  • ½ cup cottage cheese 120 g
  • 1 Tbsp honey 15 g
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add more honey if needed.

Notes

  • Use Other Fruit: Frozen blueberries, cherries, pineapple (or whatever fruit you have on hand)!
  • Use Yogurt: Swap the cottage cheese with Greek yogurt or a high protein plant-based version.
  • What is the best cottage cheese to use? I like to use full-fat cottage cheese for the creamiest texture, but it's really a personal preference which one you use.
  • Add Toppings: You can add granola, banana, or a drizzle of nut butter to the top of this smoothie for a little extra oomph.
