- 1 cup milk 236 mL
- 1 cup frozen strawberries 200 g
- ½ cup cottage cheese 120 g
- 1 Tbsp honey 15 g
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Notes
- Use Other Fruit: Frozen blueberries, cherries, pineapple (or whatever fruit you have on hand)!
