Courgette Curry
Courgette Curry combines sautéed garlic, cumin seeds, onions, and tomatoes with turmeric, chili powder, and salt to create a vibrant, spiced vegetable dish. Cooked gently with water until tender, the courgettes absorb the aromatic flavors, resulting in a mildly spiced, soft-textured curry.
