Ingredients
- ½ cup butter melted, unsalted
- 3 cloves garlic finely minced
- 3 tablespoons parsley chopped
- 2 teaspoons lemon thyme or fresh thyme, fresh, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 lemon zest and juice
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients, except for the butter, into a mixing bowl.
- Whisk to combine them.
- Drizzle in the butter, while whisking the whole time. Continue whisking until everything is well combined.
- Serve immediately alongside your favorite steak, chicken, fish, shrimp or veggie!
- Store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight jar for a couple of weeks.
