Cowboy Butter Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • Juice and zest of 1/2 a lemon
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • 1-2 tsp Fresh thyme leaves, to taste
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the melted butter, lemon juice & zest, minced garlic, and Dijon mustard; whisk until well combined.
  2. Add the parsley, chives, thyme, paprika, crushed red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste.
  3. Whisk until well combined. Serve and enjoy.
