Crab Cakes
Crab Cakes combine lump crabmeat with breadcrumbs, fresh parsley, and basic seasonings bound by mayonnaise and egg to form tender patties that are pan-fried in butter until golden. The seasoning with hot sauce and dry mustard adds a mild heat and tang that complements the natural sweetness of the crab.
