Ingredients
- 8 ounces imitation crab or jumbo lump crab meat
- 10 ounces frozen peas thawed
- 8 trips Bacon cooked and crumbled
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder (I use a heaping spoonful)
- salt and pepper to taste
- fresh dill for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, gently stir the crab, peas, and bacon together.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk the mayonnaise and onion powder until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the crab mixture and stir together until evenly coated. Seasoned with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours or until ready to serve. Garnish with fresh dill sprig before serving, if desired.

- This salad can be served immediately, but letting it chill will help the flavors develop.
