Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 
  • 24 ounces imitation crab meat
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 4 green onions chopped (plus more for garnish)
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 cup Sweet chili sauce

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, crab meat, mozzarella cheese, green onions, and minced garlic in a large bowl.
  3. Gently toss to combine. Then, pour the dip into a greased 9x9 baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes until melted and bubbly.
  5. Top with the sweet chili sauce and more green onions.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips.

Notes

  • Use real crab if you're not a fan of imitation crab and can afford it. You can also use canned crab meat if that's easier to find.
  • For a little extra crunch, try topping your dip with some crispy wonton strips crushed up egg roll wrappers. It adds a nice textural contrast to the creamy dip.
  • You can make this up to one day ahead of time. Just mix everything together, pour it into your baking dish, and store it in the fridge until you're ready to bake. If you're starting with a cold dip, you might need to add a few extra minutes to the baking time.
