Ingredients

  • 8 8 ounces lump crabmeat picked over for shells
  • 1/4 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 2 teaspoons lemon zest , finely grated
  • 2 2 teaspoons lemon juice , freshly squeezed
  • 1 1 individual stalk celery finely diced
  • 1 1 green onions or scallion, finely chopped
  • 1 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 1 Dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce such as Tabasco or Srirachi

Instructions

  1. Gently combine all ingredients until just well-combined. Serve chilled.
