Crack Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pkg dry ranch dressing
  • 10 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled (divided)
  • 2 cups shredded Colby jack cheese divided
  • 3 green onions chopped(divided)

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Spray a 2-qt baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, 9 slices of bacon, ranch seasoning, and 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Stir until well combined.
  3. Stir in the cooked shredded chicken and 2 green onions.
  4. Transfer mixture to the prepared dish. Top with the remaining ½ cup shredded cheese. Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
  5. Top with remaining diced green onions and chopped bacon.
  6. Serve with crackers, chips, celery, or bread.
