- 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 pkg dry ranch dressing
- 10 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled (divided)
- 2 cups shredded Colby jack cheese divided
- 3 green onions chopped(divided)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF. Spray a 2-qt baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, 9 slices of bacon, ranch seasoning, and 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Stir until well combined.
- Stir in the cooked shredded chicken and 2 green onions.
- Transfer mixture to the prepared dish. Top with the remaining ½ cup shredded cheese. Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
- Top with remaining diced green onions and chopped bacon.
- Serve with crackers, chips, celery, or bread.
