Crack chicken sliders combine a creamy, cheese, bacon-filled chicken mixture with toasty, sweet Hawaiian rolls to create the perfect meal!

Ingredients
- 12 hawaiian sweet rolls
- 2 bricks (8 oz) cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup chicken broth
- ¼ cup diced chives plus 1 tablespoon for garnish
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups cooked chicken shredded (I use a rotisserie chicken)
- 8 lices Bacon cooked and chopped
- 6 lices Colby jack cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese grated
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 °F.
- Prepare a 9x13 baking pan by spraying it with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cut Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottoms in your prepared baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add chicken broth, 1⁄4 cup chives, garlic salt, onion powder, pepper. Mix well.
- Add chicken and bacon. Stir again.
- Spread chicken mixture over top of Hawaiian rolls.
- Top with slices of cheese.
- Place tops of Hawaiian rolls on top.
- Brush melted butter over top of the rolls.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese and additional chives evenly over rolls.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and rolls are golden brown.

Notes
- Hawaiian buns usually come connected to one another in a sheet. To make slicing them quick and easy, cut the entire sheet in half all at once!
- Mix all the other crack chicken ingredients before adding the bacon and chicken to ensure the base is fully combined.
- If you're worried about your sliders getting soggy if your guests don't finish them all, toast the insides of the buns in a skillet before adding the filling. This helps create a barrier against the moisture in the crack chicken filling.
