Cranberry Ambrosia Salad
This Cranberry Ambrosia Salad blends whipped heavy cream sweetened with powdered sugar with fresh cranberries, drained pineapple chunks, coconut flakes, and miniature marshmallows. The result is a creamy, textured fruit salad combining tartness from the cranberries and sweetness from the marshmallows, balanced by the richness of whipped cream. It is served immediately for best texture.
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream , (you can use 4 cups Cool whip instead of cream and sugar)
- 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 12 ounces cranberries alternately you can pulse them too, fresh
- 20 ounces pineapple chunks , drained
- 2 cups sweetened coconut flakes
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
Instructions
- Using a hand mixer, whip the heavy cream until it holds soft peaks then add in the powdered sugar.
- Whip until it makes a stiff whipped cream then add in the rest of the ingredients and stir gently.
- Add in the cranberries, pineapple, coconut flakes and marshmallows and serve immediately.
