Cranberry Aperol Spritz (Ice Cube Cocktails!)

Ingredients
Festive Cranberry Ice Cubes
- Orange slices
- cranberries
- star anise
- cinnamon sticks
- rosemary sprigs
- 2 cups cranberry juice
Aperol Spritz
- 1 part Aperol
- 1 part prosecco
Instructions
- Assemble: Arrange orange slices and cranberries into the bottom of each ice cube well (this is the ice cube tray I used), then add in star anise, cinnamon sticks, and rosemary.Once you have them looking how you like, pour cranberry juice into each well, almost (but not quite) to the top.
- Freeze until solid, about 4 hours.
- Serve: Place 1 large cranberry ice cube (or about 3 smaller cubes) into a serving glass. Top with equal parts Aperol and prosecco.

Notes
- If you don't have Aperol, you can substitute it with another bitter orange liqueur, like Campari. The flavor will be slightly different, but it'll still taste delicious!
- The ice cubes can last in the freezer for up to 2 months in an airtight container.
