Cranberry Brie Phyllo Cups
Cranberry Brie Phyllo Cups combine crisp phyllo shells with warm, melted Brie cheese topped with tart cranberry sauce. The contrast of flaky, delicate pastry and creamy, mild Brie provides rich texture and flavor contrasts, while the sweet-tart cranberry adds brightness. These bite-sized appetizers are quick to assemble and bake, making them suitable for entertaining or a light snack with a balance of savory and fruity notes.
Ingredients
- 15 phyllo dough shells I love Athens brand, frozen
- 8 oz Brie cheese wheel or wedge
- 7.5 tsp cranberry sauce plus extra to taste, leftover

- After removing rhind, cut brie into fifteen 1-inch cubes.
- Place a cube of brie in each phyllo cup.
- Bake for 8 minutes or until brie is melted and warm.
- While the phyllo cups bake, warm up your cranberry sauce (via microwave or stovetop) and add 1/2 teaspoon (or more!) to each phyllo cup once done baking.
- For best resutls, enjoy right away.
Notes
- Chopped fresh herbs like parsley, rosemary, or mint make great garnishes for added color and aroma.
- Use cranberry preserves or raspberry preserves if cranberry sauce is unavailable.
