Ingredients

  • 1 loaf bread of your choice sourdough/country loaf
  • 200 g (7oz) Brie cheese
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce
  • fresh Rosemary
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C/430°F.
  2. With a sharp bread knife, slice the bread into a diamond pattern, taking care not to cut all the way through the bottom.
  3. Cut the Brie cheese into chunks (not too thick or they'll be too big to fit into the bread).
  4. Spread the cranberry sauce in between the cut pieces of bread then add chunks of brie.
  5. Add a few sprigs of rosemary then drizzle with olive oil and season with salt. Place on a sheet pan.
  6. Cover the bread loosely with foil and place in a hot oven.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes or until the brie is completely melted then serve immediately.
