This cranberry brie pull apart bread is full of festive flavor and perfect as a sharing appetizer. Super easy to make and always impressive.

Ingredients
- 1 loaf bread of your choice sourdough/country loaf
- 200 g (7oz) Brie cheese
- ½ cup cranberry sauce
- fresh Rosemary
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220°C/430°F.
- With a sharp bread knife, slice the bread into a diamond pattern, taking care not to cut all the way through the bottom.
- Cut the Brie cheese into chunks (not too thick or they'll be too big to fit into the bread).
- Spread the cranberry sauce in between the cut pieces of bread then add chunks of brie.
- Add a few sprigs of rosemary then drizzle with olive oil and season with salt. Place on a sheet pan.
- Cover the bread loosely with foil and place in a hot oven.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until the brie is completely melted then serve immediately.
