Cranberry Cheesecake Fluff

Put your leftover cranberry sauce to good use with this easy to make Cranberry Cheesecake Fluff.  It's light and airy with a creamy mousse-like texture and has no added sugar!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup Homemade Keto Cranberry Sauce
  • ½ cup monk fruit/allulose
  • pinch of salt
  • optional: toasted almonds

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add the heavy cream to a cold mixing bowl and whip using a hand mixer, until you get stiff peaks. Chill in the fridge while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
  2. In a separate bowl, add in the cream cheese and whip up.
  3. Add in the cranberry sauce and sweetener.
  4. Continue mixing, until well combined.
  5. Fold in the whipped cream in 3 additions. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
  6. Spoon into serving glasses and top with the (optional) toasted slivered almonds) and serve.
