Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken breast diced, cooked
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup celery diced
  • ¼ cup red onion finely chopped
  • ½ cup yogurt plain, Greek
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, cranberries, celery, and red onion.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss until well coated. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to enhance the flavors.
