Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken breast diced, cooked
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup celery diced
- ¼ cup red onion finely chopped
- ½ cup yogurt plain, Greek
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, cranberries, celery, and red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
