Cranberry Cream Cheese Dip

Cranberry Cream Cheese Dip is an easy recipe that could be served as an appetizer or dessert.  It's homemade cranberry sauce poured over cream cheese served with graham crackers.  It's perfect for any holiday party!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • graham crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large sauce pot, add the cranberries, sugar, and orange juice. Place over medium heat. Cook, stirring often, for 12-15 minutes. It’s done when all the cranberries have popped, the juice is bubbling, and the sauce is thick.
  2. Cool at room temperature for 15 minutes. Transfer to a sealable container. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to two days.
  3. Place the cream cheese on a serving plate. Stir the cranberry sauce and spoon it over the cream cheese. Serve with graham crackers.
