- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
- graham crackers for serving

Instructions
- In a large sauce pot, add the cranberries, sugar, and orange juice. Place over medium heat. Cook, stirring often, for 12-15 minutes. It’s done when all the cranberries have popped, the juice is bubbling, and the sauce is thick.
- Cool at room temperature for 15 minutes. Transfer to a sealable container. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to two days.
- Place the cream cheese on a serving plate. Stir the cranberry sauce and spoon it over the cream cheese. Serve with graham crackers.
