Cranberry Mimosa Cocktail

Ingredients

For a single drink
  • ½ cup (118mL) sparkling wine
  • ¼ cup (59mL) orange juice fresh-squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon cranberry juice 100-percent pure juice
  • fresh cranberries to garnish
To serve 4-6 people
  • 1 bottle (750 mL) sparkling wine
  • 1 ¼ cups (296mL) orange juice fresh-squeezed
  • ¼ cup (59mL) cranberry juice 100-percent pure
  • fresh cranberries to garnish

Instructions

To make one drink
    Cup of Yum
  1. Add orange juice and cranberry juice to a champagne flute, then add a few fresh cranberries.
  2. Pour in the sparkling wine and serve immediately.
When serving 4-6 people
  1. Combine the sparkling wine, orange juice, cranberry juice, and fresh cranberries in a large pitcher, stirring lightly to combine.
  2. Pour into champagne flutes and serve immediately.
