Ingredients
- Handful of ice about 6 cubes
- 6 ounce vanilla yogurt any brand
- ¼ cup fresh cranberries
- ¼ cup orange juice
- 1 large banana I use mine frozen
- protein powder optional
Instructions
- In a blender, combine ice, yogurt, cranberries, orange juice and banana. Blend for 1-2 minutes, scraping down the sides halfway if needed.
- Add protein powder and blend, if desired. ENJOY!

Notes
- If you make this recipe with all frozen fruit, it make be very thick as you blend it. Feel free to add a splash of milk or more orange juice until the smoothie reaches your preferred consistency.
- Serve immediately in one big glass or divide it between two smaller glasses.
- Add a few fresh cranberries to each smoothie for a pretty garnish. An orange wedge on the rim would be a fun finishing touch too.
