Cranberry salsa is a fresh cranberry mixture of sweet and savory that is laid over cream cheese. It makes for the BEST holiday appetizer! You can also serve it in place of cranberry sauce with your Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 (12-ounce) package fresh cranberries
- 1 small Granny Smith apple chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 Jalapeño deseeded and diced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Juice of one lime
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese softened for serving
Instructions
- In a food processor, add 1 (12-ounce) package fresh cranberries, 1 small Granny Smith apple, 1/4 cup chopped green onions, 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, 1 jalapeño, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, and juice of one lime.
- Pulse the ingredients until coarsely chopped. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with crackers or pour over 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese for dipping!
