Cranberry Sauce
This cranberry sauce melds fresh cranberries with sugar, orange juice and zest, a hint of vanilla, and warming spices like cinnamon and nutmeg. The cooked fruit bursts during simmering to form a tangy, sweet spread with subtle citrus and spice notes. Its vibrant color and balanced flavor make it a suitable accompaniment for holiday meals or roasted meats.
