Cranberry Smoothie

This easy cranberry smoothie combines unsweetened cranberry juice with frozen berries, banana and yogurt for a creamy and delicious sippable breakfast or snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cranberry juice or 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • Toppings of choice (fresh raspberries, banana slices, cacao nibs, granola and a drizzle of almond butter) 

Instructions

  1. Blend: Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more cranberry juice, orange juice or almond milk.
  2. Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy. You can also serve this in a bowl topped with your toppings of choice.
