Cranberry smoothie

Easy to make, with lots of great ingredients, this cranberry smoothie is tasty and refreshing.

Ingredients

  • ½ banana
  • ½ cup frozen cranberries or fresh
  • ¼ cup frozen wild blueberries or regular blueberries if not available
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup low fat Greek yogurt (or use other plain yogurt)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add a little more orange juice if you prefer it a little thinner.
