Cranberry Walnut Bread with a Crumble Topping

Ingredients
For Bread
- ½ cup unsalted butter room temperature
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- ½ cup orange juice
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 ½ cups fresh cranberries roughly chopped or pulsed in a food processor
- ¾ cup walnuts toasted and chopped (this is optional, but it a great addition)
For Crumble Topping
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ TBS light brown sugar
- 1 TBS granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- pinch salt
- 3 TBS unsalted butter melted
