Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • ½ cup salsa
  • 2 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a medium sized mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese with sour cream with a hand held mixer until creamy and smooth.
  2. Stir in the salsa and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese with a spatula or wooden spoon.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Serve topped with the remaining cheese and enjoy!

Notes

  • Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
