- 1 pound sausage
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 2 packages cream cheese softened, (8 ounces each)
- 2 cans Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (10 ounces each)
Instructions
Crock Pot Directions
- In a large skillet brown sausage over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain off excess grease.
- In a crock pot combine cooked sausage, sour cream, cream cheese and Rotel. Stir to combine.
- Heat on low for 2-3 hours, stirring several times until cream cheese is melted.

Stove Top Directions
- In a large skillet brown sausage over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain off excess grease.
- Add in sour cream, cream cheese and rotel. Heat over low heat until cream cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy and smooth.
- Remove from heat, let sit 5 minutes until thickened.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
