- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 ounces cream cheese room temperature
- 1/4 cup (30g) powdered sugar sifted
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice or vanilla extract

Instructions
- Chill your mixing bowl and whisk in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Add whipping cream and beat until stiff peaks form.
