Ingredients

  • 1 avocado ripe
  • ½ cup cilantro packed
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ medium white onion chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • lime juice from 1
  • ½ jalapeño deseeded for less heat
  • ½ teaspoon salt sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend on high until smooth. If it's too thick, add more water, 1 tablespoon at a time.

Notes

  • Add water gradually when blending to achieve desired sauce consistency.
