Creamy Balsamic Dressing
This creamy balsamic dressing blends olive oil, white wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, and heavy cream with oregano, garlic, Dijon mustard, and a touch of sweetener for a balanced tangy and smooth flavor. It's emulsified to a slightly thick consistency, making it ideal for drizzling over salads to add a rich, velvety note with a subtle herb and garlic presence.
Ingredients
- ⅔ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup white wine vinegar
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- 1 clove garlic grated
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon sweetener I used monk fruit
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper ground
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients the cup of a bullet blender or immersion blender.
- Mix for about a minute until slightly thickened and emulsified.
- Serve over your favorite salad.
