Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 4 Ice cubes
  • ⅛ cup avocado
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • ⅛ cup coconut milk
  • ¼ cup collagen powder
  • ¾ cup almond milk

  1. Add all the ingredients to a high-powered blender. Add the ice last to make it easier.
  2. Blend until ultra-smooth and creamy.

Notes

  • Frozen bananas will work for the smoothie and will make it refreshing and thicker. However, the banana on your counter works as well.
  • Want to switch up the flavors? Replace the banana with mangos and you’ll have an energizing, tropical boost!
  • If you want a more indulgent feel to the banana matcha smoothie? Add in half a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
