Ingredients

  • 4 cups shredded carrot about 6 large
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 8 ounces crushed pineapple lightly drained, 1 can
  • salt and black pepper

Instructions
