Ingredients

  • 16 oz pasta sauce
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 16 oz gnocchi shelf stable or frozen
  • 2 cups spinach chopped
  • 1 cup grated parmesan
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese sliced

Instructions

  1. In a deep, oven-friendly pan, combine pasta sauce with whipping cream and bring it to a simmer.
  2. Add gnocchi and spinach and cook while stirring, until spinach is slightly wilted.
  3. Top it off with parmesan cheese and freshly sliced mozzarella.
  4. Bake at 400°F for about 15 minutes. Top with fresh herbs and enjoy.
